• Please provide a VALID Email Address, as this is how we will communicate with you.

​

• Volunteer Shifts Available:

  • Shift 1:  8 AM to 2 PM*

  • Shift 2:  4 – 10 PM​*

               *No Partial Shifts are Available.

​​

• Please arrive at the McNease Convention Center at 8:00 AM for Shift 1 or 4:00 PM for Shift 2 on Thursday, 11/14/19.

​

• Report to the front Registration Area upon arrival for your Volunteer Badge and to receive your assignment.  

​​

• Please don’t leave your assigned area unattended. If you need anything, contact a staff member or coordinator.  They will be walking around.  Everyone attending is counting on you to be at your station!

• VIPs will be wearing a Silver VIP Bracelet.

​​​

​We appreciate your willingness to volunteer.  If you volunteer, please do not cancel other than a family emergency, as we are counting on you being there and have little time to fill a cancelled spot.  Thank you.
