PLEASE NOTE – This event is entirely outside & is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. You will need to provide your own shade structure, tables and chairs. Placement will be on a first come, first serve basis & organized upon your arrival. You are responsible for set up, tear down, trash and cleanup of your area and merchandise.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
NO REFUNDS
No booths will be assigned until after payment in full has been received.
Intending to be legally binding, Participant agrees as follows (as applicable):

The Site fee is for the date(s) specified in the contract only. Your site will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis & organized upon your arrival on the day of the event & only after payment is received. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.

If the Vendor fails to leave the site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all cleanup and other costs incurred. This includes ALL trash picked up and disposed of in dumpsters.

The Site is subject to final determination by Four R Broadcasting and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, The City of San Angelo and Four R Broadcasting, their owners, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event.

Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event.

Cookers shall submit the required fee with the application.

Cookers are responsible for their own area & merchandise. BBB-Bazaar, Four R Broadcasting, COSA, Spring Creek Marina or any of its agents assume no liability for theft or losses of any type.

The sale of alcoholic beverages of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Cookers must provide their own trash receptacles and are responsible for the disposal of waste generated in their area, and at their assigned site.

Permits: You are required to obtain and display all necessary permits and/or licenses in order to operate on the event grounds. If you are forced to close by any city/state/government agency for failure to obtain your necessary permits and/or licenses. BBB-Bazaar, Four R Broadcasting, COSA, Spring Creek Marina or its agents are not liable, and will not refund any fees or deposits. It is your responsibility to check with the City of San Angelo and/or San Angelo Inspection & Permit Office at (325) 657-4420 regarding any required permits/licenses. Please direct ALL inquiries regarding this subject to the COSA. Four R Broadcasting and/or its agents CANNOT advise you on this subject.

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a rain or shine event.

Submission of this application indicates your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions; however, does not guarantee a space. Your space will only be secured once fees and/or deposit(s) are paid in full, and with Four R Broadcastings approval.
RV ARRIVAL & CAMPING: No one can set up or begin camping prior to 1:00 PM* - Friday, June 24, 2020.
All RVs and any Personal Vehicles/Items must be removed no later than 1:00 PM* - Sunday, June 26, 2020.
(*Anyone found camping prior to/after this time may be ticketed or towed. Tickets issued or Towing expenses will be at violators expense.)
Any questions should be directed to events@4rbroadcasting.com. Applications can be completed & paid online at 4rRadioWorks.com. Completed applications can also be mailed (with payment) or delivered to Four R Broadcasting, 3434 Sherwood Way, San Angelo TX, 76901. Upon acceptance and payment of the application, we shall have an agreement. All monies shall be due at the time of site reservation. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS. Four R Broadcasting reserves the right to deny access to the event at their discretion. THIS INCLUDES LATE ARRIVALS.
