  • Cooker - IBCA Sanctioned

    Anyone 18 and over can enter this competition, local individuals or IBCA members. You do not have to be a part of the IBCA to enter the competition; however, if you are an IBCA Member and win, you will be awarded points as appropriated. PAYMENT INCLUDES ALL CATEGORIES. Judging for this section of the event will be held on Saturday, 7/25/2020 at the following times: Chicken (2 halves) - 12:00 PM, Pork Spare Ribs - 1:30 PM, Beef Brisket - 3:00 PM Payout: 85/15 (Top 5, Grand & Grand Reserve)

    This competition will include the following jackpot categories (Non-IBCA Sanctioned) - PRICE IS PER CATEGORY. ALL JACKPOT CATEGORIES WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, 7/24/2020, at the following times: Margaritas - 6:30 PM, Jalapeno Poppers - 7:00 PM, Beef & Chicken Fajitas - 7:30 PM, Cooker's Choice - 8:00 PM. You may enter one or all categories. Payout: 60/40 (Top 2)
