This vendor area will be located in the McNease Convention Center Main Ballroom and will include: 1 - 8' Table, 2 - Folding Chairs and 1 - Black Backdrop Panel* *All booths in Lobby and along the outer ballroom walls will not receive any backdrop panels. **All vendors must provide a gift for the Gift Extravaganza valued at $50 or above.

This vendor area will be located in the McNease Convention Center Lobby*. It will include 1 - 8' Table and 2 - Folding Chairs ONLY. *All booths in Lobby and along the outer ballroom walls will NOT receive any backdrop panels. **All vendors must provide a gift for the Gift Extravaganza valued at $50 or above.

Located in the McNease Main Ballroom and will include: 1 - 8' Table and 2 - Folding Chairs. The amount due is a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT***. *All booths in Lobby and along the outer ballroom walls will not receive any backdrop panels. **All vendors must provide a gift for the Gift Extravaganza valued at $50 or above. ***Deposits will be refunded at the end of the event as long as you show up and provide samples throughout the event. If you do not show OR leave early, no refund will be given.
