Vendor Rules, Regulations and Disclaimers
 

It’s almost here! The 3rd annual Beers, Bands & BBQ Fest will be next Saturday, June 18th at the Spring Creek Marina (2630 Camper Road, San Angelo, Texas 76904). We look forward to seeing each one of you there and expect a great turn out! Remember, this event will occur rain or shine. Please find instructions for the day of the event below:
 

  • All vendors should arrive to set up by 8 a.m. and must be ready to vend no later than 10:30 a.m.  Late arrivals could possibly forfeit their spot placement and be denied entrance with no refund. When you arrive, please check in with business manager Danica Wilde. The gate will be opened to allow vendors to set up, but all vehicles will need to be in their designated parking areas by 10:30 AM , no exceptions. More information below.

 

  • Once checked in, Danica or others will confirm your booth space number, and you will be asked to proceed to that area.  There will be volunteers helping direct traffic, so please be polite and courteous with them while waiting (we will get everyone in as quickly as possible). SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED & ALL VEHICLES REMOVED FROM BOOTH AREA NO LATER THAN 10: 30 A.M. Once your vehicle is unloaded, please exit out of the opposite end of the row to the vendor parking area. Please follow the signs to this marked area. ALL VEHICLES NEED TO BE PARKED IN THE ASSIGNED PARKING AREA ONCE EVENT STARTS. Event begins promptly at 11:00 a.m. 

 

  • We provide a 10x10 space only, so remember to bring your own tables, chairs, and/or shade structures.  If you have a trailer, large vehicle or multiple vehicles, please ensure you allow space for others to enter and set up around you. We expect notable vendor participation, so we’ve made sure that everybody’s booth spaces have ample room for loading and unloading.  Don’t worry; everyone has a great location!

 

  • YOU are responsible for tear down and removal of all items, plus clean-up of all trash, in your booth area. Vendors are responsible for getting all trash and debris to the dumpster provided, and all booths must be completely put back to original condition. Unless prior arrangements have been discussed with us, BREAK DOWN IS NOT TO BEGIN UNTIL 8 P.M. If cleanup is not finished promptly, or if you begin breakdown before 8 p.m., you will be denied access to all future events.
