Volunteer Requirements:

MUST PROVIDE AN ID TO VOLUNTEER SHOWING DATE OF BIRTH TO ENTER FESTIVAL.

You MUST provide a VALID Email Address, as this is how we will communicate with you.

Work the Volunteer Shift of 12:45- 7:30 PM (Helping with clean up afterward would be greatly appreciated.) All Morning Shifts until 12:30 are FULL. (If you are unable to work this full shift, please list the hours you are available and we will contact you if there is a need during the times listed. PLEASE NOTE: Partial Shifts are not ideal & are not guaranteed a Volunteer Shift. If you list a partial shift availability and are not contacted, that means there was not a need during that time frame and you will not be on the Volunteer Entrance List.

We will contact you by email no later than Monday, October 7, 2019, with your volunteer instructions and shift information. If you have not heard from us by that time, please contact us at events@4rbroadcasting.com.

Attend the Volunteer Meeting prior to the event. Details will be provided after signing up. (The date will be within three days of the event in the evening.)

Report to the Volunteer Tent upon arrival and work the shift you sign up for. (PLEASE BE ON TIME)

Arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to your shift on the day of the event to get to your volunteer area and receive instructions. Expect to stay up to 30 minutes after the end of your shift.

Don’t leave your area unattended. If you need anything, contact a staff member or coordinator. They will be walking around. Everyone attending is counting on you to be at your station!

All Attendees must be wearing a sample armband AND an Orange "Over 21" Armband. MAKE SURE ANYONE YOU SERVE IS WEARING BOTH BANDS.

General Admission Attendees will give you a tab for a sample off of their bracelet.

VIPs will be wearing a Silver VIP Bracelet.

All sample pours should be 2oz of beer and be poured in the provided plastic cup or VIP mug. There is a fill line on the cup.

You are allowed to drink; however, you MUST do so responsibly. We reserve the right to ask you to leave and not return should there be any problems or concerns.
